Hello Race Fan’s I had the pleasure of interviewing #14 Outlaw Figure 8 Driver Quentin White. Quentin started racing in 2007 in Junior Faskarts where he had 20 Feature Wins to his credit.
Quentin won his first Outlaw Figure 8 Feature in October 2017 where he started on the front row with fellow driver Matt Smith. Quentin really enjoys racing with his dad the #41 Outlaw Late Model Car at Indianapolis Speedrome. Quentin has four Stock Division Feature Wins and his second Figure 8 Feature win was in the Street Stock Division again at Indianapolis Speedrome.
Quentin White raced with fellow Late Model Figure 8 Driver Jeffrey Shackelford in Hornets and Street Stocks at Indy Speedrome pn Saturday Nights. He is content racing the Figure 8 each week but would be willing to try a CRA Street Stock if he had enough sponsorship. Late Model Figure 8 Hall of Fame driver Charlie Reed helped Quentin and his dad begin there racing careers at the track while Eddie VanMeter bought Quentin White tires so he could race in the Jake’s 150 Memorial Figure 8 Feature at Indy Speedrome.
Quentin White has raced against many of the rising stars at Speedrome including Jordan Hahn,Andrew Teepe and Figure 8 Feature Winner Jeffrey Shackelford at Indy Speedrome. Quentin desires to win the World Three Figure 8 Championship someday and top that with a point’s championship in Late Model Figure Eights at the Indianapolis Speedrome.
