Last Saturday evening at Crystal Motor Speedway, a familiar sound filled the air – that of falling rain, causing yet another cancellation of racing due to weather conditions.
Next weekend is the annual two day Memorial Day holiday event at the speedway. On Saturday night, the Michigan Traditional Sprints come to visit, giving the night off to the Pro Trucks.
The Sunday night event finds the Great Lakes Super Sprints and the MORA Mini-Outlaws in town with the Pro Stocks taking the night off to make room.
Gates open at 4:30 PM on both nights, with racing starting at 7:30. Adult admission is $15, kids 5-11 are $5, and pit passes are $30. Further information can be obtained by calling the track office at 989.235.5200 or visiting the website at crystalmotorspeedway.com
