3rd Annual Buckeye Late Model Dirt Week begins Thursday at Hilltop Speedway
CHILLICOTHE, OH (July 14, 2017) – The third edition of Buckeye Late Model Dirt Week presented by Octane Race Products will hit headlines in less than a week, showcasing top-tier super late model talent from all across The Buckeye State for seven nights of competition. Buckeye Late Model Dirt Week presented by Octane Race Products will feature seven programs in ten days, awarding an overall winner’s share equaling that of $24,000, as well as a championship point fund boasting a five-digit payout of nearly $13,000.
On behalf of DirtOnDirt.com, the 2017 Buckeye Late Model Dirt Week presented by Octane Race Products champion will receive $3,000, joining the ranks of 2015 champion Matt Westfall and 2016 champion Rod Conley.
Kryptonite Racecars, now the official dirt late model chassis of Buckeye Late Model Dirt Week presented by Octane Race Products, will support the multi-race campaign by awarding the champion with a $2,000 certificate toward a brand new Kryptonite Racecar.
Williamstown, West Virginia’s Dickson Racing Shocks, a 14-year staple in the dirt late model community, will award the 2017 Buckeye Late Model Dirt Week champion a certificate worth $1000 which can be used toward a six-pack of JRi Shocks. In addition, all B-main winners during the course of the mini-series will receive certificates worth $100 which can be used toward labor costs for shock rebuilds or repairs.
Adding extra excitement to the multi-day schedule, the AMRA Modifieds will join the Buckeye Late Model Dirt Week super late models as the top support division during six of the seven scheduled events.
