Who Can Stop Mahaffey at Kil-Kare?

Xenia, OH. - That seems to be the question the drivers in the NASCAR Whelen All-American Series late models seem to be asking each other as Dayton's Don Mahaffey Jr. has been the dominant one this year.
The second generation driver has posted fast qualifying time on eight of the eleven events so far on the three-eights mile asphalt track even setting a new track record of 13.378. But that is not what concerns his opponents as on eight occasions he has also secured feature wins in his Oakley Blacktop backed machine.
So far his main opposition has been his teammate Mike Stacy who has laid claim to the other three feature events but when Mahaffey breaks loose from the field and Stacy, Stacy might as well figure on a second place finish.
Also on the program will be the modifieds, sport stocks, compacts, and the FAST Midwest legend cars will be making their second stop at the track.

The next special event at Kil-Kare will be the annual Robbie Dean Memorial 94 lap Sonic Drive-In late model feature on August 6.
