Number In High School, But Sense Driving For Ron Vochaska It Has Changed To
The Famous #61V That Number Has Seen Alot Of Drivers Run Under That Banner
With Mr. Vochaska.

Number of years in racing: I Have Been Racing 9 Years, I Started Racing When
I was 13 Years Old At Galesburg Speedway.

How did you get started in racing? I Was Born With Racing In My Blood, I Am
A 4th Generation Driver. My Dad Bought Me A Mini Stock At The Age Of 13 And
I Have Been Racing Sense Then.

What classes of cars have you raced? I Have Raced Front Wheel Drives,Mini
Stocks, Street Stocks And Sportsmans

Biggest win in your carrier: I Would Have To Say My Biggest Win Would Be My
First Sportsman Feature I Won This Year At M40 And To Have My Dad There To
See It.

Worst wreck you have been in: Thank God I Have Not Been In Any Big Wrecks.

Favorite racing memory: The First Night Ever Driving A Sportsman Car And It
Being The First Night Ever Racing Against My Dad Watching Him Win His 100th
Feature While Finishing 3rd That Night And Our Team Having A 1,2,3, Finish.

Favorite track: My Favorite Track Will Always Be Galesburg.

Who are your racing "idols"? My Dad Has To Be The One I Look Up To The Most,
Mostly Because I See All The Hard Work He Puts In Every Single Week Until
The Cars Perfect And Hes Still Not Happy, He Pushes You To Be The Best And
Would Lend Advice Or Help To Anyone Who Needs It , Another One I Have Always
Looked Up To Was Phil Bozell, Sense I Was Young I Always Enjoyed Watching
Him Race, Hes On The Wheel Every Single Lap And Has A Ton Of Talent.

Toughest track to race on: M40 Is A Drivers Track, You Have To Be On The
Wheel Every Lap There, Its Tough For Sure And Probably One Of The Funnest
Ones To Race.


Is there anything about this sport that frustrates you? The Worst Thing
About The Sport Is The Fact That Over The Years It Has Changed, You Used To
Be Able To Move Up And Find Rides Based On Ability And Now Everything's
About Money.


What would you change about your local short track?  Worst Thing About Local
Racing Is The Facebook Conversations After Each Night, Facebook Kills Local
Racing's Image All The Time.

What race do you look forward to the most? I Love To Go To The Super Shoe,
But After This Year I'm Thinking The Winchester Weekend Is One Ill Be
Looking Forward To Every Year!

With the winter now here what all do you do to the race car? Try To Prepare
It For Another Successful Season And Make Sure We Come Out Opening Night On
Our A Game.

Besides racing what hobbies do you have? Outside Of Racing I Bowl, Fish,
Hunt, Race Online, And Design Stuff For Racers Wether Its Vinyl Stuff Or
Autograph Cards Or Just Something Neat I Love It.

What sponsors do you have? Edward Jones Investments, Napa, Perfection 1st
Body Shop, Vochaska Engineering, Speedy Shocks.

Who helps you work on and maintain the car? Car Owner Ron Vochaska Prepares
The Car Weekly And Most Of The Time Jeff Vochaska Will Be At The Track With
Us.

If a youngster was wanting to get into racing what advice would you give
them? Come Into The Sport With A Open Mind, Never Let Small Success Get In
Your Head Because It Will Effect The Big Picture.

Any other comments or things you want your fans to know about you? I Am
Currently Still In College Finishing Up My Business Degree Then I Am Going
To Go Back And Get A Degree In Psychology. Racing Is Not Just A Weekend
Hobby For My Family, Its Our Life We Love To Do It Week In And Week Out.
